Would you like to be part of continuing the tradition of crispy fried pork with parsley sauce on the Hjejle boats?
At Hjejleselskabet, we combine Denmark’s national dish with some of the country’s most beautiful natural surroundings. Twice during the season, we invite you on board one of the Hjejle boats for an evening where the menu features crispy fried pork with parsley sauce. Enjoy this traditional dish as you glide through the breathtaking nature around Silkeborg.
You can complete the dinner by adding our classic Hjejle ale, which perfectly complements the traditional menu.
In collaboration with “Den Brændende Kærlighed”, we ensure there will be plenty of crispy fried pork and Hjejle beer on board.
So bring along your nearest and dearest and turn an ordinary Wednesday evening into something truly special, filled with tradition.
The cruise will take place with a minimum of 35 participants.
A seating plan is arranged, so we encourage you to purchase tickets together. Alternatively, you can inform us at least 7 days before the cruise if you wish to sit together with other guests who have purchased tickets for the same boat and event.
Included in the price is a 2-hour boat trip along with a buffet consisting of crispy fried pork with parsley sauce.
Beer, wine, soft drinks, mineral water, and coffee can be purchased on board.
Bringing your own beverages is not allowed.
