At Hjejleselskabet, we aim to create unique memories for you and your loved ones. That’s why, in collaboration with Jesper from Panorama Mad & Vin – also known as a regular chef host on Go’ morgen Danmark — we invite you to join our open-faced sandwich cruises on the first Thursday of every month from May to October.
Open-faced sandwiches, known in Denmark as smørrebrød, are a true culinary experience — and at the renowned restaurant Panorama Mad & Vin, a deep love for this uncrowned national dish and the finest ingredients comes as standard. Great care is taken with every detail and flavour combination.
Here, elegant open-faced sandwiches served ad libitum are paired with the city’s best views as we set sail on a delightful cruise across the Silkeborgsøerne.
Enjoy the breathtaking scenery while you and your loved ones savour the flavourful open-faced sandwiches. The buffet features 8–10 different varieties of freshly prepared smørrebrød. So gather your appetite and set sail.
All sails are set for a wonderful dinner at sea.
Enjoy your meal!
The cruise will proceed with a minimum of 30 participants.
A seating plan is arranged, so we encourage you to purchase tickets together. Alternatively, you can inform us at least 7 days before the cruise if you wish to sit together with other guests who have purchased tickets for the same boat and event.
The price includes the cruise and open-faced sandwiches from Panorama Mad & Vin.
Water, soft drinks, beer, and wine are available for purchase on board. Bringing your own beverages is not allowed.
In the company of
Denmark's most beautiful nature
We are happy to tailor the event with the perfect menu and take care of everything on the day, so you can sit back and enjoy the party with your guests while the boat glides slowly through the water in the most beautiful surroundings.
