Fonden Hjejleselskabet er fuldt bemandet i år, men søger allerede efter servicematroser, som kan byde velkommen ombord når sommersæsonen 2025 sejler for fuld skrue med mange tusind gæster.

Join the team behind a one-of-a-kind attraction in the heart of the Silkeborg Lake District — Denmark’s Outdoor Capital.

We offer

  • A fantastic seasonal job with great opportunities in an exciting, service-oriented company
  • Varied tasks on land and water related to tour sailing, events, parties, sales, and service
  • Flexible working hours during the season from May to September
  • A unique workplace in exceptional scenic surroundings with bases in both Silkeborg and Ry
  • Being part of a dedicated team with approximately 60 great colleagues

Our new colleagues

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are independent and understand the importance of being a strong team player
  • Are friendly, outgoing, and passionate about providing excellent service
  • Are able to maintain order and cleanliness in shared environments
  • Have a positive and flexible attitude
  • Are available to work throughout the entire summer
  • Are prepared to attend a mandatory pre-season weekend course at the end of March, covering Fire & Rescue, Maritime Safety, as well as a hearing and vision test

About Hjejleselskabet

Hjejleselskabet is the gateway to the Lake District of Silkeborg from the lakeside. A unique entry from the water to stories about culture and natural history in one of Denmark’s most beautiful natural areas. The purpose of the company is to share our local area with residents and visitors by being excellent hosts for those who wish to experience, enjoy, and learn more about the Lake District of Silkeborg.
